Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Food Vendor at the Western Canadian Nationals Car Show! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products and services to a large audience of automotive enthusiasts.

Food Vendor Details & Pricing

Each Food Vendor space includes Four (4) gate passes, with additional passes available for purchase.

All food vendor spaces will be assigned at WCN's discretion, the earlier you register the better the location.

All "Trucks" must fit in your designated space, this includes tow vehicles, trailers, hitches, etc. We have two vehicle parking away from the car show.


  • One Space – $500.00 (Includes Keystone fee)
  • ($250.00 will be refunded at the end of the event)
  • Extra gate passes – $5.00 each
  • Saturday evening and Sunday Breakfast - $25.00 per person

Important Information

  • Application Deadline: June 15, 2025. After this date, please check for space availability.
  • Food Vendor space assignment is at our discretion—register early for the best location.
  • All displays must fit within your designated space, including tow vehicles, trailers, and hitches.
  • Move-in time begins at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025. Must be set up and ready to serve when the gates open.

Show Hours:

  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Payment instruction page will display after submission
  • Email confirmation will be sent to the email address
  • Submit payment via eTransfer to the email address listed
  • Address will be provided on the Thank you page

Option #2: Print the  Food Vendor Application PDF

  • Print the PDF and fill out
  • Follow the instructions on the PDF to submit application and payment by cheque
  • Mail to cheque the address on the PDF

Option #3: Square Online - Fill out the online application below

  • Step 1: Fill out the online application and submit
  • Payment instruction page will display after submission
  • Email confirmation will be sent to the email address
  • Step 2: Submit payment via Square Online Link
  • Ensure to select all items that you entered on the online form

Registration is required to participate in any/all WCN events. The undersigned hereby agree to indemnify all Directors, Members, Volunteers and Employees of WCN, against any and all alleged wrongful acts and claims resulting from attendance or participation in this event and associated events.


Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants for unacceptable behaviour during any and all events of WCN. In case of eviction or restriction, WCN is not liable for a refund. No skate boards, mini bikes, golf carts, bicycles allowed. Exceptions for disabled needs, security and organizers.


PRIVACY: Financial information either in electronic or print form will be kept in the strictest confidence. Con-tact information may be shared with other WCN organizers. Event photos may be used by WCN for promotion and advertising of current and future WCN events.

If under 18 years, parent or legal guardian must also sign.


Applications will not be processed until payment is received.
