2025 Western Canadian Nationals Car Show Registration

August 1st, 2nd,and 3rd 2025

Registration is required to participate in any/all Western Canadian Nationals Car Show events. The undersigned hereby agree to indemnify all Directors, Members, Volunteers and Employees of Western Canadian Nationals Car Show Brandon, the City of Brandon and the Keystone Centre, who may be connected with Western Canadian Nationals Car Show against any and all alleged wrongful acts and or claims resulting from attendance or participation in this event and associated events. Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all events of Western Canadian Nationals Car Show; including open headers, tire spinning, open liquor or conduct deemed objectionable to the events wellbeing. In case of eviction or restriction, Western Canadian Nationals Car Show is not liable for a refund. Rules of the road apply to all events. No skate boards, mini bikes, golf carts, bicycles allowed. Exceptions for disabled needs, security and organizers.


PRIVACY: Financial information either in electronic or print format will be kept in the strictest confidence of Western Canadian Nationals Car Show. Contact information may be shared with other Western Canadian Nationals Car Show Events.

Event photos may be used by Western Canadian Nationals Car Show for promotion and advertising of the event and future Western Canadian Nationals Car Show Events, and on our web site.


Please note for Registration below:

  • Additional Vehicle: Immediate family only, Proof of ownership may be required
  • Registration Includes: one vehicle, 2 Adults and children 12 years & under
  • Registration includes Friday's Meet & Greet meal and Sunday morning breakfast
  • Saturday meal choice and cost will be announced at later date
  • If for some reason you can't make it to the WCN we will refund your registration fees less 10%. Deadline to cancel is July 15, 2025

  • Main Vehicle:           $80.00 (Registration after June 30,2025 +$10.00)
  • Vintage Camper:  $80.00 (Registration after June 30,2025 +$10.00)

*Vintage Camper no charge if accompanied by a registered vehicle

  • Motorcycle        $80.00 (Registration after June 30,2025 +$10.00)


  • Each Additional Vehicle, Vintage Camper, or Motorcycle $25.00
  • Additional Person 13 & up $20.00
